Bathrooms typically take, 4-6 weeks, kitchens, 6-8 weeks depending on the scope of the project and materials utilized.

4) What if you don’t have exactly what I’m looking for in the studio?

Most materials can be seen and ordered from our large showroom. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, we can usually source it for you.

Your builder’s contract includes specific standards for all finishes such as countertops and cabinetry. When you select something more expensive than the standard, the difference in cost is added to your contract. This gives you the flexibility to personalize your home with your budget in mind.

Each builder has a specific set of standards included in your contract- Inde will always discuss and show you what’s included in detail before we show you something more expensive.

3) When will I see pricing for my new home?

You will be shown pricing during your appointments. Your final meeting with your assigned Inde designer will show you comprehensive pricing. You will also see pricing again on your builder’s software program after all selections have been made and signed off.
